Rob Potts has been involved in the heating industry for the past 30 years. A craftsman plumber and gasfitter Rob has a vast knowledge of the technical components and regulations that are required to ensure that each system is as efficient and has a high performance value. Design also figures highly on Rob’s mind when it comes to helping clients through the initial specification stage.
MICHELLE CLEMENS
A sales career developing new commercial territories in diesel, gas and liquor Industries led Michelle to partner with Rob developing Red Dwarf. Michelle manages the showroom and business processes and undertakes specifications for some of the smaller projects. With sales values soundly oriented to client satisfaction Michelle delights in happy clients who have enough faith in Red Dwarf’s workmanship and the whole experience, to recommend them to their family and friends.
JED MORGAN-POTTS
Jed entered into his apprenticeship in 2009 as a plumber/gasfitter. As much time is spent in the office as in the field with emphasis on the technical aspects of hot water, heating and solar systems.
