Viessmann Vitoladens 300-T Diesel boiler - Condensing technology

Condensing technology for boilers

Boiler advancement over the past 5 years has been overhauled to produce a completely different type of boiler.

Condensing technology is simply a heat recovery system within the primary part of the flue system. Hot flue cases are captured and water within the heating system is heated by passing through a stainless steel heat exchanger located in the flue system.

This type of boiler is at its most efficient with a flow temperature between 35-45 degrees. Efficiency at these temperatures is 104%. Early system design is most important when specifying these types of boilers to power your heating/hot water system.
